Lodge Policies

• Rates are based on double occupancy and do not include Sales and Lodger's Tax
• All Room Rates are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to move you to a different room if necessary

• Each additional person over double occupancy is $40 per night
• Complimentary breakfast is included, as is daily housekeeping
• Children under ten - only the very well-behaved - we have a pond, livestock, and stairs - all potential risks to consider
• Guests can bring equines - guests must provide their own feed, we provide corrals and water
• Guests with air borne or contact allergies are advised that we will do our best to consider their needs. However, we do not in any way guarantee a fragrance, dander, pollen free space. The Lodge is located in the wilderness, has open windows, evaporative cooling as well as wild and domestic animals, birds, flora and fauna. It is a book at your own risk situation. The Lodge does try to customize menus for those with certain food allergies if we are notified at the time of the reservation.
• Each additional person over double occupancy is $40 per night including children. Infants excluded from charge.
• Surcharge of $40 for ALL holidays, including: Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, New Year's and Tour of the Gila. Holidays may require a two-day minimum.
• Reservations are guaranteed with a major credit card
• Check-in time is 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. Please let us know when you plan to arrive so we may assist you. If you are going to be later than 6:00, please call so we can make arrangements for you to get to your room
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, personal or travelers checks, money orders, and cash.
• Dog policies: you may bring your dog, anywhere but the main lodge building. The fee is $40. per night and per dog. You may not leave your dog in the room if you are not on the grounds. Trust us, they bark, cry, and whine. If you want to go to dinner or the Cliff Dwelling for example, we can provide dogsitting with 48 hours notice for a fee of $20 per hour, which includes a walk, treats, and someone for the dog to complain to about you. Mis Amigos also provides day care for animals — they have a wonderful large area for their guests — phone: 575-388-4101.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

• Reservations must be cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival date or the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card and a gift certificate for that amount will be sent to you.
• Holiday reservations require 30 days notice of cancellation.
• All cancellations will incur a $25.00 per room per night processing fee.
• No refund if you book an entire building.
